Why? Oh, Why Do I love Coffee?

I just don't understand why some days I feel like I could gulp down a Starbucks Venti White Chocolate Mocha all day long. Where oh where has my energy gone?

It's as easy as Apple Pie!

Olivia has a book that she just loves it's called "The Apple Pie Tree" by Zoe Hall. It basically goes through the life cycle of apples that end up in Apple Pies. She has been requesting that we make an apple pie. Since apple pie is my specialty that is what we did last night. It turned out very well. It was so pretty I actually took a couple of pictures of it.

Why here, why now!?!?

I know I'm a very lucky person. I get to be home all day and every day with my wonderful daughter. I get to see all the crazy things she does. I get to marvel at how fast she grows and how smart she is. Yet with the knowledge that I'm very lucky also comes the reality. I need an outlet. So I'm intending this to be my outlet.
